The Waggon 3 Peaks 24 Hour Challenge
The Waggon Challenge is inspired by the Parr family whose daughter Charlotte was diagnosed with an inconclusive form of Leukaemia in 2008.
At only 4 years old, she has already bravely undergone 6 rounds of intensive chemotherapy and a full bone marrow transplant. We hope that with her amazingly positive attitude, constant smile and the ongoing research she will win her fight against this cancer.
On the 1st June 2010 our intrepid team will embark upon one of the UK’s most challenging treks. In 24 hours we will attempt to complete the ascent & descent of the highest peaks in England, Scotland & Wales. Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike & Snowdon ascend over 3.4km (11,178 feet) vertically with a combined trek time of 14 hours.
